Organized Haven is a full-service moving, downsizing and estate clearing company

Organized Haven is a full-service downsizing and estate clearing company that specializes in the reorganization of estates. Founded by Certified Professional Organizer Nicole Ramer, Organized Haven is the only company in Polk County that is dedicated to downsizing. Ramer experienced the difficulties of living in a small home with a long commute and working 50-60 hours a week. After facing these challenges, she decided to start Organized Haven, a downsizing and estate clearing company.

It was founded by a certified professional Organizer

The Organised Haven Moving Company was founded by Nicole Ramer, a certified professional Organizer. She was faced with the challenges of living in a small home, working 50 to 60 hours per week, and commuting daily. Her organization and positive attitude led her to start her own business. Today, she specializes in estate clearing and downsizing.

It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin (ancestry), sexual orientation, or military status

Organized Haven Moving Company is proud to serve the moving needs of people of all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, sex, or national origin (ancestry). The company is fully committed to equal treatment and equal opportunity. Our company will provide moving services that are fair, honest, and hassle-free.

Racial discrimination is a widespread problem, and has a number of different manifestations. Some forms of discrimination are explicit or implicit, while others are subtler. Institutional racism, for instance, systematically reproduces inequalities along racial lines.

In the United States, the law prohibits employers from discriminating against a group of people because of their gender or national origin. In discrimination cases, the burden of proof is shifted from employers to employees. For example, in Slack v. Havens, a black employee was told to do janitorial work in a department where the white employee was working. When the black employee refused, she filed a discrimination lawsuit. Generally, the trier of fact must look at the totality of the facts and circumstances and draw reasonable inferences.

Organized Haven Moving Company is committed to treating people with equal respect and opportunity. As a member of the Human Rights Commission (HRC), the organization does not discriminate based on race, color, gender, age, national origin (ancestory), or military status. It is committed to ensuring that our customers receive quality service. We strive to provide excellent customer service and are committed to ensuring a safe, stress-free move.

The Human Rights Commission has recently ruled on the application of McDonnell Douglas-Burdine to the employment context. This case highlights the importance of finding alternative practices to resolve discrimination claims. A viable alternative to the discriminatory practice of hiring a specific class of people should be available to the same employer. While alternative practices must be equally effective to satisfy this test, the employer cannot use a policy to discriminate against individuals based on these factors.

Organized Haven Moving Company does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, sexual orientation, or military status. We are committed to hiring the best and the most qualified people for our jobs. And we strive to ensure that all clients have an equal chance of success.

A pretext for a discrimination claim arises when the employer knowingly discriminated on the basis of one or more of the protected characteristics. The employer must prove that he was discriminating because of his or her age, since age alone cannot constitute a valid defense against discrimination claims.

Organized Haven Moving Company is committed to ensuring that all customers are treated with respect regardless of their background. Therefore, we do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, national origin (ancestry) or military status.
