Truth is, everyone will experience some level of depression or anxiety in their lifetime, and for some it can be extreme. There are many factors that can play into this state of mind that have to do with both external and internal influences.

I have experienced severe depression/anxiety in my past. I started off by listening to my physician and going on prescription SSRI drugs in my teens. This had a horrible effect on me and made the situation bearable much worse for me overall. I desperately wanted to claim my mind back from the feelings of worry, doubt, fear, and mental stress that was consuming me and taking over my life.

I was eventually able to come out of it and drastically change my outlook on life, and on myself through a change in diet, through study and research, and by seeking council.

By working with my body through Martial Art training and a proper health plan, and working with my mind though journaling, meditation, and reading, I was able to make small steps towards regaining my sanity and overall state of inner peace.

In THIS VIDEO I speak about my experience and offer some solutions that i know will help you or a loved one on their journey towards optimal mental health, and I refer you to some excellent affordable online counselling services should that be needed.

I wish you the best on your path toward mental freedom. Bookmark this website and follow me on YouTube as I will be covering this topic and more for your benefit.
